Miss Gail's Inn

Miss Gail's Inn bed & breakfast is a State Registered Historic Landmark that was built in 1878 and then converted into the  First Hotel in Aztec in 1907 by George Stone. It is centrally located in downtown Aztec with shopping right out our front door!  We are ideally located in the Four Corners and are a unique home base for many activities.

Featuring

  • Country charm
  • Creatively decorated theme rooms that will take you back in time.
  • Private baths
  • Cable TV, but no Internet
  • Some rooms have kitchenettes

Breakfast varies from day to day. No matter what you have in the morning the food is good and the open conversation between guests and John and Gail is guaranteed to be entertaining.

  • Customers are asked about dietary restrictions, likes, and dislikes when they check in.
  • John and Gail try hard to meet the needs of each customer; but, keep in mind, organic foods are a little harder to find in this area.
  • If there are no restrictions, the sky's the limit and Gail is given free will in the kitchen.
    • One of the most impressive and absolutely sinful dishes is their Puffed Pancake filled with fresh fruit and topped with an orange sauce. Mmm Good!
    • Omelets are another favorite and John's Breakfast Burritos with his homemade Italian sausage and Gail's green chili is a treat for any palette.
    • Of course there is always the standard two eggs, ham, bacon, spuds, and toast.
